News of this latest movement exploit comes from a YouTuber known as theevilnside. In a video uploaded to their channel, the Apex Legends content creator revealed they had discovered that players could jump incredibly high in the air near specific locations on World’s Edge. As an example, theevilnside showed how to execute the move on the top floor of the structure in Fragment East often called “streamer building." According to the content creator, players need to be near the building’s elevator shaft in order to complete the move successfully.

Based on the YouTube video, the steps for achieving this movement exploit are relatively straightforward. First, players must run toward the elevator shaft. They then need to jump and move back simultaneously. If done correctly, players can gain significant altitude. In addition, they noted that this movement exploit could be used in the zipline buildings at Skyhook and Lava City, and even certain areas of Kings Canyon.

Beyond explaining the steps necessary to perform the move, the content creator even demonstrated what it looked like in a fight. At the top of the “streamer building,” theevilnside jumped high into the air using this technique. They were then able to take down a bewildered Revenant in the process.

It is worth pointing out that the content creator said this movement exploit is more challenging to achieve using Horizon due to her Passive called Spacewalk. The YouTuber revealed they were “normally 100% consistent” at pulling off this super jump, except with this character. According to the content creator, jumps using this technique were often lower when they did manage to execute them with Horizon. In addition, theevilnisde noted that this jump cannot be achieved on the bottom floor of the building due to the need for magnetism near the elevator shaft.

With this latest movement trick available for players to check out, it will be interesting to see what creative plays skilled players manage to pull off using it. And time will tell what crazy movement technique gamers discover in Apex Legends next.
